Dads Take Your Child to School Day, 2013 had over 11,400 fathers, step-fathers, and other significant caregivers participate in events throughout New York State, from NYC to Buffalo. 478 Head Start Programs, Schools, and Community Based Organizations hosted activities for Dads and their children of all ages.
Survey results confirmed the importance of:
• Planning early for your event
• Schools engaging Community Based Organizations to help plan and execute your event
• Utilizing the resources available on the website.
